The defect
Certain motor homes may have u-joint retaining clips missing or not installed properly. if the retaining clips are not installed properly, the u-joint may become dislodged from the yoke and the drive shaft will become disconnected from the drive train.
The risk
This condition, if not addressed, could result in a crash, injury or death.
The remedy
Dealers have completed the repairs to 100 percent of the units at the factory and at dealerships. no further action IS necessary on this recall.
