Possibility pitman or idler arm studs may break under certain stress conditions.this stress can be EX- pected principally while car IS being parked or IS moving slowly, particularly when pressure IS being applied to ballstud by movement of a wheel or steering gear.(correct by inspecting and replacing pitman and idler arms with 'cap' trademark.)
