Possibility of an undercured con- dition in the bead area caused by animproperly formulated rubber compound.if this condition exists it can causethe tire beads to stretch or grow in use to the extent that the tire may becomepartially disengaged from the wheel.(correct by inspecting and replacingwhere necessary at no charge within 60 days of receipt of owner's letter).
