Harley davidson campaign no n/a.possibility that the rear brake side plate atthe torque arm support stud may be weak.if this condition exists, undersevere braking force, there IS a probability that the torque arm stud mayfracture the brake side casting.(correct by inspecting and replacing rearbrake side plate with a stronger and heavier plate).
