Simplex taperloc.possibility that the fifth wheel slider assembly may developcracks in the saddle plate adjacent to the welds for the fifth wheel brackets.if this condition exists the fifth wheel could disconnect from the slider plateassembly.(correct by inspecting and replacing saddle assembly wherenecessary).
