Saab campaign no m-02.possibility of ice accumulation in throttle housingwhen ambient temperature IS below 20 f due to routing of crankcase ventilationsystem bypass hose.if this condition exists, the ice build-up can impede thethrottle closing when accelerator pedal IS released.resulting in possibleloss of vehicle control.(correct by inspecting and rerouting bypass hose andplugging the original hose fitting in throttle housing).
