The defect

Fluid was formulated to be sold and used in air-controlled radiator shutter systems and not in air brake systems. Use of this fluid in the air brake system can cause damage to rubber air brake components.

The remedy

Cautionary labels will be affixed to product containers warning against the use of this fluid in the brake system.
