The defect

The involved tires fail to conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". These tires are subject to possible separation in the tread area.

The remedy

The dealer will replace recalled tires at no cost to the owner within 60 days of recall notification.
