The defect

The involved tires fail to comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". The non-compliance exists due to tread separation from the tire body.

The remedy

Dealer will replace recalled tires without charge to owner within 60 days of recall notification.
