The defect

Tires failed to meet the endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars." separation of the reinforcing plies from the rubber compound in the tread or shoulder area may occur.

The remedy

Tires will be replaced without charge within 60 days of recall notification.
