The defect

Tires improperly labeled on the side wall as load range b, maximum load 1970 lbs. At maximum inflation of 32 psi. Side wall label should read load range c, maximum load 2100 lbs. At maximum inflation of 36 psi.

The remedy

Tires will be branded with the correct information or tires will be replaced, if more convenient to uniroyal, within 60 days of notification.
