The defect

Non compliance with federal motor vehicle safety standard 119, new pneuamtic tires, non passenger vehicles. A separation may develop in service between the plies in the shoulder tread area.

The remedy

Dealers will replace tires at no cost to owner, within 60 days of owner"s notification.
