The defect
The flashers do not comply with flash rate, starting time or durability requirements of fmvss no. 108. consequence of defect: failure to properly signal direction or warning hazard of vehicle to traffic. This could possibly result in an accident.
The remedy
Full refund of purchase price for all returned flashers.
