The defect
Tires failed to pass endurance test required by fmvss 109. tires may develop separation between the carcass and belts.
The risk
Vehicle vibration and sudden loss of air can result in avehicle crash without prior warning.
The remedy
Replacement of tires at no cost to the consumer within 60 days from date of notification.
