The defect
Tires fail to meet requirements of the endurance tests of fmvss no. 109.
The risk
Tires could develop separation in the sidewall. a lossof air could occur, creating a potential for loss of vehicle control.
The remedy
Replace tires within 60 days from date of notification at no cost to the consumer.
