The defect

Some of bolts fastening rear driveshaft on rear axle flange may loosen causing driveshaft disassembly.

The risk

Driveshaft could break away without prior warning andresult in a crash or injury from loosened driveshaft or bolts.

The remedy

Replace bolts on rear axle.
