The defect

Tires fail to meet requirements of federal motors vehicle safety standard 109, for endurance tests.

The risk

The failure to meet requirements of fmvss 109 couldresult in ply separation, loss of air or possibly blowout causing a vehiclecrash.

The remedy

Tires will be replaced at no cost to the customer within 60 days from date of notification.
