The defect
Tires fail to meet requirements of fmvss 119 for high speed endurance test.
The risk
The failure to meet requirements of fmvss 119 couldresult in ply separation, and loss of inflating air.
The remedy
Tires will be replaced at no cost to the consumer within 60 days from date of notification.
