The defect

Tires fail to meet the requirements specified in regulation 575.104 during surveillance testing for grade a temperature.

The risk

Tires do not comply with regulation requirement ofcfr 575.104 tire grading.

The remedy

Tires will be replaced at no charge to consumer within 60 days from notification.
