The defect

A car seat foam piece which IS attached to the plastic seat shell located under the seat cover does not meet the flammability requirements of fmvss no. 302.

The risk

The foam piece fails to meet fully the requirement ofstandard 302.

The remedy

A foam piece which meet the requirements of fmvss no. 302 will be forwarded to each consumer.
