The defect
Molding defects on fuse holders could cause them to break and short circuit between the positive lead and the chassis.
The risk
Wiring around short circuit could burn since the fuse IS bypassed in circuit to the battery, and a vehicle fire could result.
The remedy
Replace defective fuse holders.
