The defect
Seat back of the rear bench seat may break away from the seat cushion in an accident.
The risk
Seat occupant would be subject to greater injury; vehiclewould not comply with fmvss 207.
The remedy
Install reinforcement that runs from side of seat back frame assembly to seat cushion frame assembly, strengthening the seat back.
