The defect

Equipment description: aftermarket cruise control units sold by audiovox, moss motors, S&S automotive and warshawsky. these aftermarket cruise control units can accelerate above the intended set speed.

The risk

Unintended vehicle acceleration can occur increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

The remedy

Dealers will replace these aftermarket cruise control units with newly designed cruise control units.
