When driving the truck if you hit a bump of any kind the steering just starts wobbling out of control and the only way to stop it IS to bring the truck down below 15 miles per hour it IS an uncontrollable wobble

A chaffed steering wheel wire harness could cause an electrical short and/or an inadvertent river airbag deployment.
