Risk
If safety-related functions such as vehicle braking, stability, speed, and collision avoidance do not function properly, it can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
ARBOC will work with the engine manufacturer, Cummins, Inc., to notify owners, and Cummins dealers will recalibrate the engine control module, free of charge. The recall began April 5, 2021. Owners may contact ARBOC customer service at 1-866-953-5555.

- 10180926AR877-RPTA Ramp Relay Conversion-Affects only customer 2020 RPTA Spirit of Equess (SOE) buses 4146-4151.Complaint-24 volt feedback to IO module from ramp. Cause-Engineering failed to convert 24 volts to 12 volt signal to IO module. Correction-Install new relay harness, part # 2010205. Labor time is .6 per bus.
