Risk
A loss of tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 12, 2024. Owners may contact Big Tex Trailer customer service at 1-800-594-5637.

- 11001199It was discovered that several trailers escaped the Big Tex Caldwell facility with KTI pump PN DC 45537 power up / power down / gravity down manufactured with an incorrect valve body. The hydraulic system on affected trailers functions properly in the power up / power down mode. However, due to the incorrect valve body installed on some pumps, the hydraulic reservoir could overflow if operated in the gravity down mode.
