Ever since I got the motorcycle december of 2019 I've been hearing this sound at the back while I'm riding and I've been complaining at the BMW dealership that I've been going to unfortunately they can't find if what's the issue. I reached out to their corporate office they directed me to the dealership. And the noise IS been going loud now, I'm worried about my safety and the safety of other riders when I hit any small potholes even at around 30-40mph the bike sounds like it's going to fall apart.

- 10249437The basic conditions for initializing the power windows are not met.

A one-time thump sound at the start of movement Shortly after the steering column starts moving, retracting, or extending, a one-time thump noise is heard. See attached video V32 03 23 2. Humming noise while steering column extends in the axial direction. The sound is only heard when the steering column is extended, not when the steering column is retracted. When the steering column starts to move in the extended direction, the humming noise can be heard. See attached video V32 04 23
- 10245372The paint finish on the door jamb (above the door striker) is scratched due to the inner door cavity window seal.
- 10224210The sound output intermittently drops out entirely. This can be reproduced with all audio sources as well as telephone and voice output.
