This condition may cause inadequate sealing and loss of engine oil, possibly resulting in a fire.
Remedy
Honeywell will replace the affected oil filters free of charge. the recall began during november 2007. owners can contact fram customer service toll-free at 1-800-890-2075.
Certain replacement fuel filters, fram brand name p/n g3727, with date codes x52911 through x60801 sequentially or x600141 and a mexico country or origin marking on the fuel filter housing manufactured from october 18, 2005, through march 21, 2006, sold for use on the vehicles listed above and on certain school buses. This condition may cause an inadequate seal at the connection, potentially leading to a fuel leak. In the presence of an ignition source, a fire could occur.
Remedy
Honeywell will notify owners and replace the fuel filters free of charge. the recall began on october 18, 2006. owners may contact fram customer service at 1-800-890-2075 (option 1).

I have a 1994 chevy 1500 truck that I have found to have the same problems as are involved in a chevy recall but my truck IS not included. It has exactly the same problems as the ones involved in your recall. how ever I am required to pay for this fix. I do not believe you vehicles have been looked at closely enough for all with this problem to have been included. our wiper circuit board IS not working just as all the ones that are covered. We are very dissatisfied with service at chevrolet. *nm

Dt: 1994 chevrolet k1500 pickup. Consumer was under truck and noticed the spare tire assembly was gone due to rusting of the winch cable. The tire fell out and disappeared. Consumer does not know where spare may have been lost at. Consumer says that he has removed spare a couple times before and even lubricated cable. Consumer has great concern for the danger of what could happen when spare IS lost at speed.*ak

I understand there IS a recall for this problem, but my vehicle IS not listed under the recall notice. when I discussed it with my dealer they told me that the same board IS being replaced in other types of vehicles, but they have not been authorized to change them out in my vehicle. if it IS to be fixed, I will have to pay for it when other do not for the same part.

1994 chevrolet k1500 pickup. windshield wipers quit working 10 minutes after exposure to wet traffic conditions. the wiper motor then hums but wipers do not work while the environment remains wet. after the vehicle IS allowed to sit for a few hours, the wipers then work.*ak

Windshield wipers stop working and then they would start again and stop again. sometimes I would have to pull over until they would start again or until it stopped raining. this has been doing this every since I bought this truck. *tt

Noticeable vibration for several days. assumed tire out of balance. while driving at 75 mph, temperature about 80 degrees, excessive vibrations then banging sound followed by rapid deflation of left rear tire. tire had lost about 1/2 it's total tread. *ak

Have reported another incident (odi #766215). while driving to have that tire replaced the left front tire developed severe vibration and thumping sound. when checked there was a large bubble, approximately 4"X2" at the junction of the tread and sidewall. the bubble was in the tread section. I had driven about 120 miles after the other tire had separated.*ak

The office of defects investigation has received 375 reports alleging failure of the driver's seat frame which IS prone to breakage at the left front attaching point.when this occurs, the seat may tilt away from the riser during accelerating or braking.(see closing report)
