  Icalled abouut a takata recall a local dealer about airbag recall and was told that there was no available airbag replacements for my vehicle and he did not know when any would be available. The legal notice I received I have until december 2017 to file a claim. Chapter 11 case number 17-11375 (bls). If a claim IS not filed by that date or airbag IS replaced my future claim will be null and void. So what recourse do I have
