For no known reason my 2009 chrysler aspen 4X4 will engage on its own, I have repeatedly taken it in to the dealership (which by the way IS horrible) they can not figure out what the problem IS . However since I have a lifetime warranty they have claimed I need every single part covered under the warranty with not results. the first time I called the dealership regarding this I was told to bring the truck in immediately as this IS an extremely dangerous problem due to the fact when it IS engaged the truck will loose power. It engaged while I was on the freeway doing 70 mph and dropped instantly to 20 mph and would not go over 35mph. my overhead console, dash and radio at random go out. According to the dealership I needed a new radio 3 times each time the radio would start working again for the same reason it stopped, unknown. I turn on the turn signal they flash between left, right and hazard.
