The contact stated that the roof lift system failed and can collapse without warning. the contact then located a recall for the failure under nhtsa campaign ID number: 05v364000 (equipment:recreational vehicle) but was advised by the dealer that the original manufacturer (coachman) no longer owned the vehicle and would not cover the cost or recall repairs.
