Vin: [xxx]. date: 10nov04. vehicle: 1999 jeep wrangler sahara. problem: when I removed the windshield frame to repair a cracked windshield I discovered that the passenger side windshield frame mounting bracket was not properly mounted/welded/sealed in place like the driver's side one was. The bracket fell back inside the windshield frame and IS now irreparable. I called chrysler twice to complain and remedy the situation at 800-992-1997, but both kathy and robert refused to help me then hung up on me, when I asked to speak to a supervisor. *Jb updated 07/24/2012 *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(B)(6)
