Tl*the contact owns a 2002 columbia north west a-liner. As the contact was examined the vehicle he noticed that the rear bumper frame had broken which was causing the bumper to hang lower than normal. As of july 31, 2008, the dealer had not inspected the vehicle. the current and failure mileages were unavailable.
