Consumer had taken vehicle to dealer to repair rear brakes. But, dealer in order to fix them insisted that consumer had to buy brand new rotors. rotors had worn out under 100000 miles. *ak *slc

When consumer opened door to let passengers out, the door fell off the hinges to the ground. This IS the secondary passenger door. Dealer told consumer that this IS sdue to normal wear . *ak
