Eldorado National-California, Inc is recalling certain 2017-2018 Arrivo, EZR Max BRT and Passport buses. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat cushion may not remain locked into place when under load, such as in a crash or a sudden stop. In the event of a crash, if the seat back moves, the seat occupant has an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
Eldorado National California has notified owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the affected seats, free of charge. The recall began on January 31, 2019. Owners may contact Eldorado National-California Customer Service at 1-909-591-9557 or Freedman Seating Company at 1-800-443-4540.

- 10237175According to General Motors Recall 23V247: "These vehicles are equipped with an unused circuit that a final-stage manufacturer may elect to use to install an optional rear HVAC system. If the final-stage manufacturer leaves the circuit's connectors or cut wires unsealed, exposure to moisture or contamination may, over time, cause corrosion. This could result in high current draw through the circuit at the vehicles' lower left side B-pillar. Unintended release of excessive heat from the circuit may pose a risk of a vehicle fire and increase the risk of injury."
