E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2013-2019 Typhoon and Cyclone 2, 2013-2014 Cyclone 3, 2014-2019 Quest 2 and 2017 CHSH emergency vehicles equipped with a Cummins ISL, L9, ISX12, X12, ISX15, or X15 engine. Risk
The damaged starter lock-out relay may prevent the vehicle from starting, hindering personnel from responding to emergencies, increasing the risk of an injury.
Remedy
E-One will notify owners, and dealers will install a diode in the starter solenoid circuit and install a new starter lock-out relay, free of charge. The recall began November 15, 2019. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-861-3612. Note: Vehicles previously repaired under recall 18V-019 also need this recall remedy.
E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2008-2015 E-One Typhoon, Cyclone II, and Quest II vehicles, equipped with Timoney Independent Front Suspensions. Inconsistent machining may result in fatigue cracks developing over time in the front axle spindles, causing failure of the spindle and the possible separation of a front wheel from the vehicle.

A wheel separation from the vehicle can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
E-One will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front axle spindle, free of charge. The recall began on April 24, 2018. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-861-3612.
E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2013-2017 Cyclone II, Typhoon, and Quest II emergency vehicles equipped with a Cummins ISL, L9, ISX15, or X15 engine. The affected engines do not have a diode in the starter solenoid circuit to improve the longevity of the lock-out relay, resulting in accumulated damage over time.

In an effort to minimize this in the future, we are sending this bulletin along with troubleshooting steps for your technicians to use when you receive customer complaints related to DEF tank gauge level issues.
- 10151806During a routine truck delivery inspection a malfunction of the air flow restriction indicator light was detected. Our investigation determined that the malfunction was introduced in 2007 with the launch of the new ISSPRO gauge cluster. The new dash gauge cluster changed the requirement for air flow sensor signal from active high to active low. This malfunction went unnoticed until now due to our published air filter routine maintenance requirements and the air filter?s longevity. Revised units affected by year.
- 10082981E-one would like to make sure customers are aware of the proper aerial operating sequence when using their hp100 platforms. When setting up outriggers it IS expected that the system be transferred to aerial mode after outriggers are set, even if you do not intend on using the aerial device right away. The aerial circuit has better cooling capacity and operates at a lower standby pressure than the outrigger system. The outrigger system operates on a high pressure standby system to ensure responsive and timely deployment of outriggers. If the pto IS left engaged for extended periods of time, while the system IS in jack mode, it could overheat. It IS also expected of the customer to disengage the pto whenever the system IS not used. If the outriggers are set, and the aerial device IS not needed, please either turn off the pto or engage the aerial system within 10 minutes.
