This IS a complaint due to a recent letter I received from carlisle transportation products inc. Regarding a recall on defective wheels on my trailer (safety recall# 13e-059) which I contacted carlisle inc. On march 12TH, 2014 to start my claim. On march 31ST, 2014 I finally received confirmation that a warranty order had been placed (#20436381) and the wheels would be shipped out and replaced at no cost to myself. After several e-mails to carlisle inc. And last correspondence was on april 18TH, 2014 I still don't know if these wheels are ever going to be replaced as stated by carlisle inc. To protect the safety of every person on the highway??? *tr
