Excessive heat felt in floor area and in the back room of the motorhome. inspection of the exhaust pipe revealed that it was completely broken off from the attach clamp at the muffler, allowing exhaust to vent directly under motorhome floor and approximately 12 inches from fuel and hydraulic filters and lines. heat was detected while motorhome was being driven on highway at highway speeds. the photos show where the pipe broke and spewed very hot black exhaust from the turbocharger over the pipe still attached to the muffler. photos also show relationship of hot exhaust to fuel and hydraulic oil filters and supply lines.
