Manufacturer changed design of bumper. The bumper IS attached to crossmember by only 6 screws that goes into wood only about 1 inch, causing it to fall off easily . Consumer has only pulled with it 4 times, and very little stress was put on it. Also, that 2/4 have split.*ak
