He stated that he has to also engaged the emergency brakes for the vehicle not to roll. this happens every time he parks on a incline. The vehicle was taken to a local repaired shop and he was told that it would be very expense to repair the parking brakes. the approximate failure mileage was 23,500 and the current mileage was 25,000.
