REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, and 2019-2024 Fleetwood Flair motorhomes. The exterior patio outlet may lack GFCI protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.
Risk and remedy
Risk
An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install GFCI protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240812REV.

Risk
A cabinet that detaches while the vehicle is in motion can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and install new hardware and fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 7, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240809REV.
REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019 Fleetwood Flair Model 32 S and Holiday Rambler Admiral Model 32 S motorhomes. The generator exhaust pipe placement exits the motorhome within the vehicle's departure angle.
Risk and remedy
Risk
If motorhome is driven on an incline, the generator exhaust pipe may get damaged, possibly resulting in carbon monoxide entering the vehicle when the generator is running, increasing the risk of injury or death.
Remedy
REV has notified owners, and dealers will inspect and reroute the generator exhaust pipe, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began May 21, 2019. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 190412REV.
REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019 Fleetwood Flair and Holiday Rambler Admiral motorhomes. The metal battery hold down straps or their mounting brackets may contact the terminals for the auxiliary batteries, possibly resulting in a short circuit.
Risk and remedy
Risk
A battery short circuit may increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
REV will notify owners, and dealers will rework the motorhomes to prevent the auxiliary batteries from shorting against the battery hold down straps and strap mounting brackets, free of charge. The recall began May 8, 2019. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 190318REV.

Risk and remedy
Risk
The damaged wiring could cause an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
REV has repaired all of the affected Class A motorhomes while they were in dealer inventory by re-routing the wire harness to ensure that the flexible-sheathed SJO cable is routed through the traveling and stationary bed platform sections in the slide-out area, free of charge. 2019 fleetwood flair motor home. Consumer writes in regards to battery that will not hold a charge. *Ld the consumer stated the there were a total of 31 failures with the vehicle including electrical, various leakages, and structural issues including but not limited to doors, drawers and the dash. *Js
- Seat belts
Driver and passenger seatlbelts do not pull tight, they always hang loose because of a defect in the upper wallmount/guide and the lack of tension in the seatbelt tensioner. Because the guide does not swivel, the belt gets stuck in the corner and loses all tension. Even if you get it unstuck, the tensioner IS inadequate and will not pull back the belt. This IS a huge safety issue.

- 10166968The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2018 Fleetwood Surge Class C gas motorhomes, certain model year 2018 Fleetwood Axon Class A gas motorhomes, and certain model year 2019-2020 Fleetwood Flair Class A gas motorhomes about Product Upgrade 190723REV. On certain motorhomes affected by this product upgrade campaign, incorrect fasteners may have been used to secure some of the Carefree Longitude awning legs to the sidewall of the vehicle. Should this condition exist, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components. On certain affected motorhomes (equipped with a Carefree Longitude awning 20 feet or longer), the required center awning support brace may omitted during awning installation at the factory. Without this support brace, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components.

- 10166966The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about the need to inspect, and if necessary, install rivets to supplement the existing fasteners attaching the vertically mounted Carefree Longitude? patio awning to the sidewall on certain Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler brand Class A and Class C gas motorhomes. In addition to the fastener inspection, certain vehicles equipped with these awnings and measuring 20 feet and longer may require the addition of a center awning support brace. On affected motorhomes manufactured 9/5/2017 - 6/27/2019, incorrect fasteners may have been used to secure the Carefree Longitude? awning legs to the sidewall. If this condition exists, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components. On affected motorhomes manufactured 9/11/2017 - 7/23/2019 and equipped with a Carefree Longitude? awning 20 feet or longer (measured from the center of the awning legs), the required center awning support brace may have been omitted during awning installation at the factory. Without this support brace, there is a possibility of premature failure of the awning and/or its components.
