Trailer IS rated at 9600# has 4400# axles installed. Springs, shackles and bolts have been replaced. Latest failure was a hub break while underway causing left rear wheel to lockup. I believe this IS due to under engineering as the parts im replacing are for a 3500# axle when looking up part numbers. This makes max trailer load 7000#
- Suspension
Found right rear leaf spring hanger broken off of frame causing severe axle misalignment. Lippert frame.

This travel trailer caught fire in our driveway and burnt. No appliances were on. There have been 3 fire investigators that have search for the cause and haven't been able to identify how or why it burnt. we owned the tt for around 550 days, it was in the repair shop for around 150 days and we used it for 30 days. because the investigators could not identify the absolute cause of the fire, the manufacturer claims that they are not at fault. trailers do not spontaneously combust unless there IS a defect in the materials or workmanship.
