Remedy
Gulf Stream will mail a replacement certification label and installation instructions, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 28, 2021. Owners may contact Gulf Stream customer service at 1-800-289-8787.

The tire and wheel were later taken to the local tire dealer who diagnosed that the wheel was faulty, causing the air to leak from the tire. No further information was available. The manufacturer was not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 12,000.
