Lake erie harley-davidson (38401 chester rd, avon, oh) diagnosed that the bracket needed to be replaced. The failure was repaired; however, the failure recurred on two additional occasions. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000. *Tt
