Harley service manager from milwaukee rode my bike... Told through chesapeake harley dealership and milwaukee customer service representative that harley would do nothing further than field the complaint. Numerous mechanics acknowledge a wobble from harley. Chesapeake HD set front end back up to specs but bike still does same. rode similar models at different dealerships that were cooperative in providing customer service . Fatboy lo's and also 2011's... Same thing occurred ... Wobble in front end. compared to regular fatboys flstf and they do not have the issue. *Tr

PURPOSE: Harley-Davidson Motor Company has determined that upon exposure to certain types of fuel formulations and/or high ambient temperatures the gas cap may develop a fitment issue between the female threads in the gas tank fill neck and the male threads on the gas cap. This condition may affect the ability of the gas tank and cap assembly to properly seal to perform in compliance with EPA regulations, specifically 40 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 1051.110, governing permeation.
