In addition, the contact stated that the motor vehicle self-diagnosed itself for failure codes: P1100C, PAC1511C, or C1100H. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
