I own a 2007 model holiday rambler neptune motorhome manufactured by monaco coach corporation. I read a service bulletin in a camping magazine and found out that the rear trailing arms on my motorhome were failing due to inadequate strength. upon reading this, and further investigation, I determined for my families safety that I needed to have the trailing arms replaced. my motorhome should still be under the factory chassis warranty, but because of bankruptcy in 2009 they did not have to honor the warranty. therefore the $3,000.00+ expense fell onto my shoulders. I am very disappointed that a company can just file bankruptcy and then just walk away from any bad problems they may have had. fortunately, no one in my family was injured or worse because of someone's stupidity. I have retained the old trailing arms in hopes that my insurance company will be willing to help with some of the expense. please check into this situation and see if anything can be done to help the thousands of people this IS hurting financially and probably physically. *Tr thank you
