The motorcycle was taken to a dealer where it was determined that the gear shifter was loosened and needed to be tightened. The motorcycle was repaired. The contact believed that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V107000 (Power Train); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,989.
