10146009This technical bulletin is a suggested door latch and door latch cable change for the side entry door on all Horton vehicles built between February 2016 to May 2018 that use TriMark paddle style door handles. During testing it was noted that the latch design for the side entry door latch could add a small amount of side loading to the door cable at the door latch connection point if the door latches are loose or out of adjustment, creating the possibility of premature door cable failure.
10131382Firmware down load instructions for CoolTech AC system Data Panel condenser fan controller.
10131381Due to an error in the Cooltech AC system Data Panel condenser fan controller firmware regarding freon sensor fault points, there is a possibility that below freezing temperatures could cause false AC system fault warning messages. Recommending vehicles fitted with Data Panel fan controllers built prior to 01/15/2018 and having firmware revision 010E or earlier, update Data Panel controller firmware revision to Rev F (015). There is no safety concern related to this bulletin, Ac system will continue normal operation if fault is displayed. All Models fitted with Data Panel CoolTech AC system condenser fan controller.
10118761Possibility exsists that Horton vehicles built between 06/26/2017 through 08/30/2017 equipped with a box aluminum attendant seat base in rear of vehicle, with flip up lid, may have incorrect length seat base fastener installed.
10115974Work instructions for HTB2017-07.17
10115973This technical bulletin is a suggested firm ware update for all Horton Emergency vehicles ambulances using Cool-Tech air conditioning system with a Data Panel fan controller delivered between 01/02/2017 and 07/07/2017. Early firm ware revision parameters for Cool-Tech condenser fan over current warning messages were programmed too closely allowing the possibility of false error messages to be displayed during fan start up. Updating the firm ware of the Cool-Tech Data Panel fan controller to the current 010C revision will greatly reduce the possibility of false error messages being sent. There are no safety or functionality concerns with early firm ware revisions.
