We (kuna school dist.)have 18 of these ihc buses 2009-2014 that all have the same emergancy windows. They unlatch themselves every time you hit a bump. It sounds the buzzer. I have contacted rush in boise for 2 years now for a fix. Nobody can get them to fix this problem. This IS a safty issue and…
We (kuna school dist.)have 18 of these ihc buses 2009-2014 that all have the same emergancy windows. They unlatch themselves every time you hit a bump. It sounds the buzzer. I have contacted rush in boise for 2 years now for a fix. Nobody can get them to fix this problem. This IS a safty issue and should be recalled. They will have to redisign the window. They have stopped using this style since. This tells me there IS a problem that they know about. Please help us. Thank you
